## FAQ

### How much do I earn?

30% of every payment your referred customers make during their first 12 months. Recurring plans pay you every month, yearly plans pay the full commission at once.

### How long does tracking last?

Your link sets a 30-day cookie. If someone signs up within 30 days of clicking, the referral is yours, and it stays yours for the full 12 months once they become a customer. One honest note: EU visitors who decline our cookie banner cannot be tracked, so a small share of EU clicks will not appear as referrals.

### When do I get paid?

Monthly. Commissions become payable 45 days after the customer pays, which covers our refund window. Minimum payout is €50.

### Do I need a PostFast account?

No. The affiliate portal is separate. Anyone with an audience can join, whether or not you use PostFast yourself.

### Can I run paid ads?

Yes, with one rule: no bidding on PostFast brand terms, misspellings or brand plus coupon keywords, and no PostFast trademarks in ad copy or display URLs. Details in the affiliate terms.

### How do I see my stats?

Your dashboard shows clicks, signups, conversions and commissions in real time.

### Is there a discount code for my audience?

Not by default. Approved creator partners can get a unique code for their audience. Ask us after you join.
