## Plans and prices

Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Both figures below are real, published prices: the monthly column is what you pay each month on monthly billing, and the yearly column is charged once per year. The fourth column is the yearly total divided by 12, which is the number the pricing page shows when the Yearly toggle is active.

## X (Twitter) limits by plan

X applies its own posting caps on top of the plan limits above. These are org-wide and shared across every workspace in the organization. The monthly link-post cap resets on the 1st of the month (UTC).

## Trial, billing, and cancellation terms

### Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

### Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start your 7-day free trial without entering any payment information. You only need to add a payment method when you decide to continue after the trial.

### Does the Social Inbox cost extra?

No. The Social Inbox is included on every plan, including the 7-day trial, and it is not metered. You can read, reply to, hide and assign the comments on your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads posts without a per-conversation charge, a per-seat inbox fee, or an engagement add-on, so a post that takes off never changes your bill.

### Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

### Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Pay yearly and you save 2 months on every tier (a ~17-18% saving). Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle above the plan cards to compare.

### Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can switch from your billing portal at any time. Switching monthly → yearly takes effect immediately and you're charged the new yearly amount the same day. Switching yearly → monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period; you keep yearly access until then, no surprise charges. Stripe handles all prorations automatically.

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.

### What happens after my trial ends?

If you don't add a payment method, your account is paused but all your data is preserved. Any remaining scheduled posts are moved to Rejected status after a 2-day grace period, but nothing is deleted. You can reactivate anytime by choosing a plan and re-approve your posts in bulk.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your scheduled posts keep publishing until the end of your current billing period. After a 2-day grace period, remaining scheduled posts are moved to Rejected status. Resubscribe anytime to re-approve them in bulk.

### What happens to my scheduled posts if I cancel?

Your posts continue publishing until the end of your billing period. You then have a 2-day grace period to resubscribe; if you do, nothing changes. After the grace period, remaining scheduled posts are moved to Rejected status. Nothing is deleted, and you can bulk re-approve them instantly when you resubscribe.
