Social Media Post Scheduler
Plan and schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, X and Google Business Profile in one place. Prepare each platform's version, choose a publishing time and keep client content organised in separate workspaces.
Schedule up to a year ahead on every plan. Approved posts publish automatically at the time you choose, subject to the platform's supported formats and posting limits.
No credit card required
Schedule a post in four steps
Connect the accounts you manage
Add supported social accounts in the right workspace and complete the platform's authorisation flow.
Prepare each platform's version
Add text and media, select the destinations and adjust the format or caption where needed. A Reel, a Pin and a text update do not have identical requirements.
Choose the time and review status
Set the date and time. If someone needs to sign off, hold the post as Pending approval. Reviewers are invited workspace members who sign in.
Approve and check the result
Only Approved posts publish at their scheduled time. Review the post status after publication and resolve any connection or platform error shown.
If review runs past the original publishing time, check and adjust that time before you release the post. A post held for approval is not rescheduled for you.
11 platforms, with the formats each supports
Every plan reaches all 11. What differs is what each network accepts, so the composer adapts the post rather than sending one payload everywhere.
TikTok
Videos, photo carousels, and draft publishing. Auto-trending audio support.
Feed posts, Reels, Stories, and carousels. Fully automated publishing with no Facebook page required.
Pages, Reels, Stories, and carousels with individual links. Manage multiple pages.
Threads
Text posts (500 chars), images, videos, and multi-media carousels. Instagram integration.
X (Twitter)
Tweets, images, videos, and community posts. Schedule retweets and threads.
YouTube
Shorts and full videos. SEO-optimized descriptions and category selection.
Personal profiles and company pages. Documents (PDF, PPT, Word), carousels, and videos.
Pins, boards, and video pins. Visual discovery and inspiration platform.
BlueSky
Text posts (300 chars) and images. Decentralized social network support.
Telegram
Channels and groups. Text, images, videos, and mixed media posts up to 4096 characters.
Google Business Profile
Posts, events, and offers for your business locations on Google Search and Maps.
Two setup notes worth knowing before you schedule: Instagram connects a Business or Creator account and does not need a Facebook Page, and Telegram needs the PostFast bot added as an admin of the channel or group. Not every native feature of a network is reachable through its API, so check the integration page for the formats that are.
Keep client content waiting for approval
A schedule tells PostFast when a post should publish. Its approval status determines whether it can. Pending posts stay unpublished until a reviewer approves them. Keep each client's accounts and content in its own workspace so review happens on the right post.
Approvals are included on every plan. People reviewing content must be invited workspace members and sign in. The plan's user allowance applies: Starter has one user, while higher tiers support collaboration.

Prepare a batch or connect an automation
Prepare several posts with the bulk CSV workflow, or connect your content system through the REST API. PostFast supports workflows built with n8n, Make and AI assistants connected through MCP. API and MCP access are included on every plan, including the trial.
Set automated content to wait for approval when a person needs to review it. A post created through an integration publishes like any other unless the workflow asks for it to be held, or the account behind the integration is not allowed to approve. Creating a post through an integration does not mean it should bypass your publishing checks.
What scheduling gives you
- Prepare a week or a campaign in one sitting instead of returning to each network at publishing time
- Plan ahead of a launch, a season or an event: every plan schedules up to a year out, across all 11 platforms
- Publish at a time you chose while you are asleep, in a meeting or away
- Hold anything a client has not seen yet, because only Approved posts publish
- Keep one client per workspace, so the calendar you are reviewing is the right one
Choose a plan for your accounts and team
All 11 platforms and the one-year scheduling window are on every plan. Account, workspace, user, draft and scheduled-post allowances vary by plan, and each network's own publishing limits still apply on top.

Scheduling FAQs
How far ahead can I schedule posts?
Up to one year ahead on every PostFast plan. The number of posts and accounts depends on your plan, and platform publishing limits still apply.
Can I schedule one post for several platforms?
Yes. Select supported connected accounts and prepare each platform's version in the same workflow. Check media formats, captions and other platform requirements before scheduling.
Will a post publish if it is still waiting for approval?
No. Only posts in the Approved state publish at the scheduled time. Reviewers must sign in as invited workspace members. If approval is delayed, check that the publishing time is still appropriate.
Does PostFast choose the best time automatically?
You choose the date and time. Use your audience's activity and previous results to test suitable posting times.
Can I repeat a post?
You can duplicate a post and schedule the copy for another time. Duplicating posts is different from an automatic recurring queue.
Can I schedule from an API or AI assistant?
Yes. REST API and MCP access are included on every plan. You can use supported integrations to create scheduled posts or prepare content for human approval.
