How do I connect my Telegram channel or group to PostFast?
Add the @postfastapp_bot as an admin to your Telegram channel or group, then go to your Accounts page in PostFast, click Add Account, select Telegram, and enter your channel/group identifier (username or message link for private channels).
What's the difference between posting to channels vs groups?
In channels, posts appear as the channel itself with no bot name shown. In groups, the bot name (@postfastapp_bot) is visible next to messages — this is a Telegram API limitation that applies to all scheduling tools. For content publishing, we recommend using channels.
What content types can I post to Telegram?
You can post text (up to 4096 characters), images, videos, and mixed media posts with up to 10 items. Links are fully supported with automatic link previews.
Can I schedule posts to private Telegram channels?
