How to connect PostFast to Claude
The quickest path is Claude’s connector directory. Nothing to paste.
- 1Start your 7-day free trial (no credit card), or sign in if you already use PostFast, and connect at least one social account.
- 2Open PostFast in Claude’s connector directory, or in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors, and search for PostFast.
- 3Add it and sign in to PostFast when Claude asks. No client secret, no API key.
- 4In the composer, click the plus, choose Connectors, and turn PostFast on for the chat. Then ask: “Draft and schedule an Instagram post for Friday.” Our guide to connecting Claude to Instagram walks through that first post.
Prefer to add it by URL?
With step 1 done, add the same hosted connector as a custom connector.

- Keep the authentication settings Claude detects (sign in, with Claude’s published identity as the OAuth client) and click Continue.
- Click Add, then sign in to PostFast when Claude asks. No client secret, no API key.
Plan notes
- Adding it by URL as a custom connector works on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. Claude Free is limited to one custom connector.
- On Team and Enterprise, an Owner enables PostFast once under Organization settings, Connectors, and each member then connects under Customize, Connectors. On Team, members without that permission can request it from the directory, which sends the request to the admins.
- Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile. Claude Code shows it too when it is signed in with the same Claude account.

Work your comment inbox from Claude
The connector reads and answers the comments left on your own TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Page and Threads posts. It can reply publicly, send an Instagram private reply, hide or delete spam, and triage by snoozing, closing or assigning a conversation to a teammate, all under the same workspace permissions a person gets.
Whether a reply is allowed and how long it can be is decided by PostFast per conversation, so Claude never has to guess a platform’s rules. This covers comments, not direct messages.

Videos are capped at 250MB (Telegram 50MB, Bluesky 100MB). Media is required on TikTok, YouTube (video), Instagram, and Pinterest, even for drafts. Google Business Profile posts can be text only.
Nothing goes out without your yes
In Claude, new posts are created on hold. Claude shows you what will be posted, where and when, and publishes only after you say yes. Replies, Instagram private replies and comment deletions work the same way: you see a preview first, and nothing reaches the platform until you confirm.
Attaching images, video and PDFs
Claude cannot reliably read files from your computer, so give it a public image URL (“attach the image at https://...”) or work from a URL you provide.
Supported: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, MP4, WebM, MOV. For LinkedIn, Claude can also attach a PDF from a public link, and LinkedIn shows it as a document people swipe through. Connecting Claude to LinkedIn shows that PDF carousel flow step by step. On Facebook, a post takes up to 10 images or one video, not both. Google Business Profile posts can be text only.

Is PostFast in Claude’s connector directory?
Yes. PostFast is listed in Claude’s connector directory at claude.ai/directory/postfast, so you can add it without pasting a URL. The same connector also works as a custom connector if you prefer to add it by URL.
Is it secure?
Yes. You connect over OAuth 2.1 and sign in on PostFast’s own screen, so no password, API key, or client secret ever goes into the chat. Access is scoped (read vs write), every request re-checks your workspace permissions, and you can revoke it anytime.
Does it cost extra, and which plan do I need?

What if a post fails?
The usual cause is a disconnected account. PostFast flags disconnected accounts before scheduling, so reconnect the account and ask again.
What analytics can it pull?
Impressions, reach, likes, comments, and shares for published posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn company pages, and Pinterest Business, plus video watch-time (average and total watch seconds, and video views) where the platform reports it (Facebook, Instagram Reels, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok). It can also pull a daily follower-count history for an account to chart growth over time.
Is this the same as Claude Code?
