Seamless Automation and Stellar Support with PostFast
What they like
I like that if I have an issue and reach out to support, it doesn't go into a black hole. Plus, everything generally just works. The setup process was super easy, much more intuitive than other products like Buffer, and working with the API has been a pleasure. Being able to work from a programmatic standpoint to help my clients automate and get their message out, direct from the platforms we develop for them - without the friction of going through a ton of marketing to make it happen, has been essential.
What they don't
Nothing - PostFast has been excellent so far!

Effortless AI-Integrated Content Management
What they like
I use PostFast to streamline my AI-assisted content workflow, and I love how it helps me organize, manage, and publish content more efficiently. It saves me time by making the transition from AI-generated content to published content require less manual effort. I really appreciate its simplicity and fast workflow. It fits well with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, which makes the entire process smoother and reduces repetitive manual tasks. The initial setup was also very easy and quick, allowing me to get started within minutes.
What they don't
I'd love to see a few more customization options and deeper integrations in the future. Other than that, my experience has been very positive.

Makes Social Media Management Easy
What they like
I can schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
What they don't
Not much to add, but it would be good if there were integration with popular brands.

Reliable API, honest pricing, and a founder who actually answers
What they like
I run a documentary YouTube channel and cut every long-form film into 20-25 short clips that go out to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Before PostFast that was most of a day of manual posting per film. Now it's scheduled in one pass. Two things stand out after a year of daily use. First, it doesn't drop posts. My scheduled content goes out on time without silent failures, which is more than I can say for tools that cost five times as much. Second, the API is genuinely good — clean, well documented, and it does what the docs say it does. I'm building a creator operations platform on top of it and the integration was straightforward rather than a fight. The pricing is honest too. Flat tiers, no per-seat surprises, and the entry plan is cheap enough that there's no reason to post by hand. The founder answers email personally and quickly. When I had a terms question about a specific integration case, I had a clear answer the next day rather than a support ticket number.
What they don't
Nothing so far. I've been using it daily for months and it has done what I needed without giving me a reason to look elsewhere.

Effortless High-Volume Social Media Posting
What they like
I use PostFast to post by API to many social media platforms programmatically at high volumes. I like that it allows programmatic posting at scale with fewer error rates and no oppressive rate limits. It just works. The analytics system in PostFast is identical to having your own direct API connections, which makes it seem like having developer apps made for each platform to get the raw analytics data. The initial setup was very easy.

PostFast Fit Perfectly Into My Claude Workflow for Scaling Social Posts
What they like
PostFast has been great for my charitable events from start to finish. Needing to promote the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride event from Romania Oradea, I was vibe-coding with Claude to help me scale my social posts. PostFast fitted right in and has been nothing but great for what I needed.
What they don't
It all works great via Claude Code and the team from PostFast was open for feedback.

Effortless Posting at Scale with Great API Integration and Support
What they like
It makes posting at scale really easy which is very useful when managing a lot of social media accounts at once. We also love the API integration that allows us to leverage our AI assistant. The support has also been great, I was having some issues with having reached the upload limit and they were very fast to respond and solve it!
What they don't
I don't dislike anything, everything has been going great!

Effortless Campaign Management with Rapid Support
What they like
I very much like that PostFast helps me automate all of my media campaign processes, keeping them up to date and on all the platforms I use with ease. It was very hard to manage this otherwise. I also really appreciate being able to keep track of each post's history and give access to other teammates to help with the work. Another great thing about PostFast is that the developer is very responsive to suggestions and any issues I've had, have already been resolved and implemented. The initial setup was very easy.
What they don't

Postfast's made things way easier for me. I just line up my posts, hit schedule, and that's it. Super simple to use and saves me a ton of time.

Questions people ask about PostFast
The questions that come up around the review searches, each answered with a link to the page that proves it.
Is PostFast pricing public?
Yes. Every plan and every price is on the pricing page, with no "contact us for a quote" tier. Starter is €10/mo billed annually (€12/mo monthly) and Enterprise is €199/mo annual (€239/mo monthly). The trial is 7 days and needs no credit card. Pricing is per plan, not per channel and not per seat.
Does PostFast have a mobile app?
Yes, on both stores: PostFast: Plan & Schedule on the App Store and PostFast on Google Play. Neither listing has collected enough ratings to show a score yet, which is why the table above leaves those cells empty.
Does PostFast have analytics?
Yes. Analytics covers Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn Pages (company pages only), Pinterest (Business accounts only). It reports views and reach, likes, comments, shares, saves and engagement rate, plus video watch-time and day-by-day follower growth where the platform exposes them. Figures refresh every 6 hours for the first 2 weeks after a post goes out, then daily, and you can export to CSV or PDF.
Which platforms does PostFast post to?
11: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, X and Google Business Profile. All of them are on every plan, including the entry plan and the trial. See the platform list for what each one supports.
Does PostFast have an API, and does it work with AI assistants?
Yes to both, on every plan. There is a public REST API and an MCP server that lets ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Claude Code schedule posts and work the comment inbox in natural language. For no-code automation there are verified n8n, Zapier and Make integrations. The API is the thing G2 reviewers mention most often.
Can I read reviews of PostFast on independent sites?
Yes, and that is the point of this page. G2 holds the most of them, Trustpilot collects reviews of the business, and Capterra syndicates its profile to GetApp and Software Advice. None of the three lets us edit or remove a review, and the table above links straight to each listing so you can read them in full.
Is PostFast legit, and who makes it?
PostFast is made by Kohi Solutions Ltd, a registered company in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria (VAT 206220247), founded by Petar Georgiev. The company name, address and VAT number are on the terms of service, the data handling is set out in the privacy policy, and the platform connections use each network's own OAuth, so PostFast never asks for a social media password.
Write a PostFast review
If you use PostFast, these are the three places worth a few minutes. The links go straight to each platform's own form.
We never pay for a review and we never filter one. Every customer is invited the same way, and what they write is between them and the platform. On Capterra the button opens the listing, where the platform hosts its own review form.
