Fair Usage Policy

Kohi Solutions Ltd (“PostFast”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides a social-media-scheduling service (“Service”). To protect the reliability of the Service, the social networks we integrate with, and the experience of all customers, you (“you”, “your”) must comply with this Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”).
1. Core principles
- Use the Service responsibly and in good faith.
- Do not spam, harass, mislead, or otherwise abuse any social-media platform, its users, or our infrastructure.
- Follow the terms, community standards, and technical limits published by each platform (e.g., X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
2. Platform-specific posting limits

*Caps reflect the limits currently enforced through the APIs we use. They may change without notice when X or another network updates its policies.
3. Prohibited behaviour
- Spamming & flooding – mass posting, duplicate content, excessive tagging, or aggressive follow/unfollow automation.
- Malicious content – malware, phishing, hate speech, illegal products, or any material that violates local law or platform rules.
- Circumventing limits – creating multiple accounts or manipulating scheduling to bypass rate limits.
- Platform abuse – scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with any social network, PostFast, or other users.
4. Rate-limit management
- You remain responsible for calls made via your API keys or workspace.
- We may introduce dynamic throttling, queuing, or temporary blocks to keep usage within safe boundaries.
- If you consistently approach or exceed limits, we may contact you to upgrade, adjust schedules, or modify your workflows.
5. Enforcement & remedies
- We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate any workspace or account that breaches this Policy or a platform’s terms.
- Serious violations (e.g., abuse, illegal activity, security threats) will result in immediate suspension and possible data deletion without refund.
- Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and may require written assurances, plan changes, or additional fees.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted at https://postfa.st/fair-usage (or successor URL). Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
