Fair Usage Policy

Kohi Solutions Ltd (“PostFast”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides a social-media-scheduling service (“Service”). To protect the reliability of the Service, the social networks we integrate with, and the experience of all customers, you (“you”, “your”) must comply with this Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”).
1. Core principles
- Use the Service responsibly and in good faith.
- Do not spam, harass, mislead, or otherwise abuse any social-media platform, its users, or our infrastructure.
- Follow the terms, community standards, and technical limits published by each platform (e.g., X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
2. Platform-specific posting limits

Note: All workspaces and X accounts in your organization share the same daily posting pool and monthly link-post allowance for X/Twitter.
A “link post” is any X post whose text or first comment contains a link. A link in both the post and its first comment counts as two. Retweets and link-free posts don’t count toward this allowance; they’re only subject to the daily limits above. The monthly allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
Platform-specific limits may change at any given time without notice to keep the platform stable for all customers.

Note: Each limit above applies per social-media account and is tracked globally for that account. If the same account is connected in more than one workspace or organization, all of those connections share the single daily limit shown above. Reconnecting or re-adding an account elsewhere does not grant additional capacity.
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. Limits may change without notice to ensure platform stability and compliance with third-party API policies.
3. Scheduled-post and draft ceilings
These figures are how many posts you can keep queued and how many drafts you can store at once, not a monthly send cap. Plans advertised with “Unlimited” scheduled posts and drafts (Pro, Enterprise) are subject to the fair-usage ceilings below.

Higher plans raise every limit.
4. Prohibited behaviour
- Spamming & flooding – mass posting, duplicate content, excessive tagging, or aggressive follow/unfollow automation.
- Malicious content – malware, phishing, hate speech, illegal products, or any material that violates local law or platform rules.
- Circumventing limits – creating multiple accounts or manipulating scheduling to bypass rate limits.
- Platform abuse – scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with any social network, PostFast, or other users.
5. Rate-limit management
- You remain responsible for calls made via your API keys or workspace.
- We may introduce dynamic throttling, queuing, or temporary blocks to keep usage within safe boundaries.
- If you consistently approach or exceed limits, we may contact you to upgrade, adjust schedules, or modify your workflows.
6. Enforcement & remedies
- We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate any workspace or account that breaches this Policy or a platform’s terms.
- Serious violations (e.g., abuse, illegal activity, security threats) will result in immediate suspension and possible data deletion without refund.
- Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and may require written assurances, plan changes, or additional fees.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted at https://postfa.st/fair-usage (or successor URL). Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
