Is PostFast priced per channel or per seat?

Accepted Answer

No. Each plan includes a set number of social accounts and users; you never pay per connected channel or per team member. Adding a channel, a client or a colleague uses part of your plan's allowance instead of adding a line to the invoice. The user allowance is a cap per workspace (1 on Starter, 5 on Creator, 8 on Growth, 15 on Pro (Agency), 30 on Enterprise), not a per-seat charge.

Which platforms are included on the Starter plan?

All 11: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, X and Google Business Profile. Platform coverage is the same on every plan, and so is scheduling distance: every plan schedules up to a year ahead. Plans differ by accounts, users, workspaces, post allowances and analytics depth.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Accepted Answer

No. You can start your 7-day free trial without entering any payment information. You only need to add a payment method when you decide to continue after the trial.

Does the Social Inbox cost extra?

Accepted Answer

No. The Social Inbox is included on every plan, including the 7-day trial, and it is not metered. You can read, reply to, hide and assign the comments on your TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads posts without a per-conversation charge, a per-seat inbox fee, or an engagement add-on, so a post that takes off never changes your bill.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Pay yearly and you save 2 months on every tier (a ~17-18% saving). Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle above the plan cards to compare.

Question 8

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can switch from your billing portal at any time. Switching monthly → yearly takes effect immediately and you're charged the new yearly amount the same day. Switching yearly → monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period; you keep yearly access until then, no surprise charges. Stripe handles all prorations automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.

What happens after my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

If you don't add a payment method, your account is paused but all your data is preserved. Any remaining scheduled posts are moved to Rejected status after a 2-day grace period, but nothing is deleted. You can reactivate anytime by choosing a plan and re-approve your posts in bulk.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your scheduled posts keep publishing until the end of your current billing period. After a 2-day grace period, remaining scheduled posts are moved to Rejected status. Resubscribe anytime to re-approve them in bulk.

Can I put my own logo on client reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on Pro and Enterprise. Analytics export to PDF and the report header carries that workspace's own logo and name, so a workspace set up for a client reports in the client's branding, and the Generated by PostFast footer can be switched off. Question 13

What happens to my scheduled posts if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your posts continue publishing until the end of your billing period. You then have a 2-day grace period to resubscribe; if you do, nothing changes. After the grace period, remaining scheduled posts are moved to Rejected status. Nothing is deleted, and you can bulk re-approve them instantly when you resubscribe.
