PostFast Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: July 31, 2026
The PostFast affiliate program is operated by Kohi Solutions Ltd, Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria ("PostFast", "we"). By joining the program you agree to these terms.
1. Joining and termination
Anyone may apply through our affiliate portal. We may decline, suspend or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. On termination for violation, unpaid commissions from the violating activity are forfeited.
You may leave the program at any time. If you leave, or if we end your participation for any reason other than a violation, commissions you have already earned are still paid out once they mature, and commissions on later payments by your referred customers stop.
2. Commissions
You earn 30% of the payments actually made by customers you refer, for the first 12 months, on amounts net of taxes, refunds and discounts. A referral is credited when a visitor clicks your affiliate link and signs up within 30 days (last affiliate click wins), or uses a promo code we issued to you. Once a customer is credited to you, they stay credited to you.
3. Tracking and attribution
Referrals are tracked with a first-party cookie set by our affiliate platform, Rewardful. Tracking is best effort and depends on things outside our control: visitors in the EEA and the UK who decline our cookie banner are not tracked at all, and ad blockers, private browsing, cleared cookies and cross-device journeys can each break attribution. We pay commission on the referrals our system records. We cannot pay on clicks or signups that were never tracked, and we do not credit manually reported referrals.
4. Maturation and clawback
Commissions become payable 45 days after the underlying payment. Refunds, chargebacks and payments from fraudulent activity reverse the related commission, before or after payout.
5. Payouts
Monthly, once your payable balance reaches €50, via the payout methods offered in the portal. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income. We may require tax or identity information, or a valid invoice, before paying out.
6. Inactive accounts
If your affiliate account has no referred customers and no sign-in activity for 12 consecutive months, we may close it. We will email the address on the account first, and any balance at or above the minimum payout is paid out on closure.
7. Self-referrals
You may not earn commissions on your own accounts, workspaces you control, or by moving an existing PostFast customer through your link. Payouts require at least one referred customer who is not you.
8. Paid advertising
You may not bid on "PostFast", misspellings of it, or PostFast plus words like coupon, discount, promo or deal in any search or social ad platform. You may not use PostFast trademarks in ad headlines, ad copy or display URLs, and you may not send paid traffic directly to postfa.st through your affiliate link without our written approval. Generic, non-branded campaigns are allowed.
9. Coupons and discounts
You may only advertise discounts or codes we have issued to you in writing. Listing PostFast on coupon or deal sites without approval is not allowed.
10. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your link, in line with the FTC endorsement guides and EU consumer law. Example wording: "This is an affiliate link and I earn a commission if you subscribe." The disclosure must be visible before or next to the link, not buried.
11. Conduct
No spam (email, comments, DMs), no misleading claims about PostFast, no impersonating PostFast or presenting yourself as PostFast staff, no cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes or other artificial tracking, no self-clicking, and no use of the PostFast brand in domain names, handles or app names.
12. Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your marketing, including GDPR, ePrivacy and CAN-SPAM.
13. Data protection
You and PostFast are independent controllers of the personal data each of us handles. You are responsible for the lawful basis, notices and consents covering the people you market to. We are responsible for the referral and payout data we hold about you, which is described in our Privacy Policy. Your dashboard shows aggregate clicks, conversions and commissions. We do not give you the personal data of the customers you refer.
14. Brand assets
We provide logos and screenshots for affiliate use. Do not alter them or use them to imply partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
15. Relationship of the parties
You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture or agency between us. You may not sign contracts, make commitments or give warranties on PostFast's behalf, or present yourself as able to.
16. No guarantees and liability
We provide the affiliate program as it is. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversions or earnings. The earnings figures on our affiliate page show how the commission is calculated, they are not a forecast of what you will make. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.
17. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice through the portal or by email; continued participation means acceptance. You may not transfer your affiliate account or these terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
