This Child Safety Policy applies to PostFast (the "App"), developed and operated by Kohi Solutions Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). PostFast is a social media scheduling platform that enables users to schedule and publish content to various social media platforms.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
PostFast has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any content that:
- Sexually exploits or endangers children in any way
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates harm to minors
- Depicts minors in a sexual manner
- Facilitates grooming or exploitation of children
Content Moderation and Removal
When we become aware of any content that violates this policy, we will:
- Immediately remove the offending content from our platform
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account responsible
- Preserve evidence as required by law
- Report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

User Responsibilities
By using PostFast, you agree to:
- Never upload, schedule, or share any content that exploits or endangers children
- Report any suspected child safety violations immediately
- Comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations
Age Requirements
PostFast is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Legal Compliance
PostFast complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
