Meta Muse Connectors: The Full List, With Sources (Updated Weekly)

Meta's Muse agent connects to other apps through connectors, and Meta publishes no public list of them. The list lives inside the app, under Settings, then Connectors, and it changes weekly. This page is the list, rebuilt from primary sources: Meta's help centre and screenshots, the vendors' own announcements, dated press reports, and in-app screenshots, the latest from September 29, 2026. Every row carries a source and a date, and rows that rest on a single source say so.

If you schedule social posts: no scheduler is in the Muse directory yet. PostFast, which publishes to 11 platforms from one calendar, has had its connector in Meta's review queue since September 19, and the same hosted connector already works inside Claude and ChatGPT today. The numbers, as of October 6, 2026

The directory grew by dozens of rows on September 29, 2026, when Muse's account posted that "dozens of new connectors just dropped" and Meta's newsroom named the batch Muse for Small Business: "You can now connect more tools you're already using in a few clicks, including Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Zoom as well as your Facebook and Instagram business accounts, and Muse will start out already understanding your business." Anything we cannot source stays off the list until we can.

Social media and marketing tools: where things stand

No social media management or scheduling tool is in the Muse directory as of October 6, 2026, and none appears in Meta's Connect partner list: not Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Metricool, Publer, Postiz, SocialPilot, Planable, Sprout Social or Vista Social, and not PostFast yet. The September 29 drop brought the first marketing-stack connectors, Canva, Klaviyo, HighLevel, Zapier and Meta's own Business Manager, but none of them schedules posts across platforms. Meta's announcement of that batch says Muse "can connect your Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts in a few clicks" and that "nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your approval"; that confirms an approval gate, not which platforms Muse can publish to. One user reported on September 24 that the native Instagram connector publishes posts with an approval for each one (see Meta's own connectors below); Meta does not document it and we have not tested it.

Three things exist today:

1. The custom-connector route. Any scheduler with a public API can be connected by asking Muse to build the connector. The steps for PostFast, built from Meta's documented process, are in the social media managers guide, and the API documentation is public.
2. A directory submission under review. PostFast submitted its hosted MCP connector to the Muse directory on September 19, 2026, the day after Meta opened it. It is the same connector that already works inside ChatGPT and Claude with OAuth. Meta's developer portal has listed it as in review since October 3, the second of four stages (Submitted, Under review, Testing, Approved), and the intake Meta asked every submitter to complete on October 5, business verification, a data processing questionnaire and integration credentials, was finished on October 6. Meta's connector guidelines say that a publish action must never hide inside a tool described as a read, which is how the connector already behaves: posts are held until you approve them. This page will change the day Meta answers.
3. A community LinkedIn publisher. An open-source custom connector (see Community-built custom connectors below) posts approved text to LinkedIn only, one platform, text only, no scheduling.

If you manage accounts for clients, the honest advice for now is to keep publishing in a scheduler with an approval step and use Muse for research, drafts, monitoring and reporting, until a reviewed connector exists.

How to read the status column

• Live at launch: named by Meta or the vendor on or around September 8, 2026, launch day.
• Added on a date: shipped after launch, dated by its announcement or first in-app sighting.
• Live, two sources: in both the in-app list transcribed by Stark Insider (September 14, 2026) and the Settings, then Connectors screenshots posted on X (September 23, 2026), with no announcement from Meta or the vendor.
• Live, one public source: one in-app transcription only. Real, but unconfirmed.
• Added September 29, 2026: named in Alexandr Wang's "full list of connectors launching today" and in the r/MuseAgent screenshots of the same day; rows marked "in-app list" are in the screenshots only. Where Meta's September 29 announcement or the vendor has since described a connector, the row says so and links to it.
• Announced: promised by Meta or the vendor, not available yet. Announced at Connect: named in Meta's September 23, 2026 Connect recap or in Hugo Barra's partnership thread, which says these connectors "are either live or coming very soon"; kept as announced until the in-app list or the vendor confirms one is live.
• Connected automatically: Meta's own apps, which Meta says are "connected automatically if you have your accounts in the same Accounts Centre."

Meta's own connectors

Alexandr Wang, Meta's chief AI officer, described these on launch day as "unique connectors that are only available to Muse like Instagram (incl dm's), Threads, Facebook (incl marketplace), and Messenger." WhatsApp is not a connector; it is one of the surfaces you can talk to Muse from, alongside the app, the web and the Mac app. One r/MuseAgent post (September 24, 2026) describes the native Instagram connector reading insights, scanning comments and publishing posts, reels, stories and carousels, adding that "publishing actions always need your say so each time; connecting does not give Muse a standing permission to post." It is a single account's report, Meta documents none of it, and we have not tested it, so the table keeps Instagram at what Meta states. Since October 2, three r/MuseAgent and r/MetaAI threads report the Facebook connector failing to add a profile, one with the error "This profile is not eligible to be added to a Meta Account at this time"; another user replied that it connected fine the day before, and Meta has not commented.

Email and calendar

Read and write are separate permissions. Meta's example for email: "connecting your email allows Muse to search your email, but it won't download your whole inbox (unless you tell it to)," and sending stays behind an approval unless you allow it. Since Connect, Muse also has an email address of its own, Muse Mail. Alexandr Wang: "add it to a thread or forward it stuff and it'll handle it for you." It is a feature, not a connector, so it is not counted above, and Meta has not published a help page for it yet.

Docs, notes and productivity

Notion and Granola were the first additions after launch, and Meta's own platform page uses Granola as its example. Dropbox, Todoist and Box describe their connectors in their rows; Asana, Evernote and Linear have announced nothing yet.

Finance and payments

Payments are the one area with a published mechanism. Meta's launch post says "Muse can checkout with Link built by Stripe, and it is the first AI agent covered by Link's purchase protections," and on September 19 Stripe's Patrick Collison announced that the two companies are "partnering to make it easy for businesses to accept agentic payments using the @Muse Connector Platform." The September 29 batch added the merchant side, Stripe's own account and QuickBooks, described in their rows.

Shopping, dining, travel and events

Design and marketing

These four arrived in the September 29, 2026 batch, Meta's Muse for Small Business launch, and are the first marketing-stack connectors in the directory. Meta names them without describing them. Canva and Klaviyo describe their connectors in their rows, Figma's whole announcement is "You can now connect Figma to your @Muse," and HighLevel's press release says it "went live as a connector for Muse on September 29, 2026" for leads, meetings and customer records. What each connector lets Muse do is what the vendor's API allows and what you approve.

Health and fitness

Messaging, smart home and devices

Muse Gadgets and Muse Home Link: hardware, not connectors

On October 2, 2026 Meta open-sourced Muse Gadgets, "an open source ESP32 firmware and Linux sdk so that you can make hardware devices that work with Muse," in Nat Friedman's words, and announced its own device, the Muse Home Link. Gadgets pair under Settings, then Devices, not under Connectors, so they are not in the counts above.

Meta's Gadget SDK terms limit tokens to "personal, non-commercial use," cap a token at 50 devices, and say the SDK and tokens "are not a supported product and not a developer platform." Home Link "only runs official firmware and can't be reflashed." For the connectors on this page nothing changes: a gadget is a way to reach Muse, and Home Link is a bridge to devices on your network, not a directory connector.

Developer and infrastructure

The custom connector is the row that matters most, because it is how any service not on this page gets connected today. Meta's help centre: "If you want to connect to a service not yet available in the Connector list, you can ask Muse to create a Custom Connector." Wang, on September 12: "you can often just ask muse to connect to anything and it'll write the whole integration in the background." Meta does not review these. Zapier warns that "The integration is staged for deployment. Availability to Meta users will depend on Meta's rollout and user authorization," so it may not show for everyone at once; GitHub, Lovable and Vercel have published nothing about their connectors yet. One developer reported on October 4 that a custom connector can also target a remote MCP server with OAuth, in one prompt: "Build a custom integration to the moviegroupies MCP server at https://mcp.moviegroupies.app/mcp. Auth is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Client ID: https://mcp.moviegroupies.app/.well-known/muse-client.json," adding that "currently the client id needs to be provided, unlike claude and chatgpt." A single report, not tested by us.

Announced, not live yet

Meta's Connect recap on September 23, 2026 named this wave, and Hugo Barra, who rejoined Meta in March 2026 to work in Meta Superintelligence Labs, listed the same partners plus Turo, Viator and Fever with one caveat: "all these connectors are either live or coming very soon." Meta's wording does not say which are live today, so everything here stays announced until the in-app list or the vendor confirms it; GitHub and Box made that move on September 29. The user who posted the September 29 screenshots added that Shop Pay is live too; it is not visible in them, so it stays here for now.

Community-built custom connectors

Because Muse can build a connector from any API, developers publish ready-made ones on GitHub: more than 30 repositories by October 2, 2026, from a LinkedIn publisher that posts "explicitly approved text posts from Muse to LinkedIn" to Slack, Box, GitHub, Linear, Tailscale, Ticketmaster, Uber, finance, health, smart-home and gaming connectors. Meta reviews none of these, so treat them as recipes, not products, and read the code before you paste a key. Two community catalogs track them, Awesome Muse Connectors and MuseSquare, and the Shipwithmuse directory lists "900+ projects built with Meta's Muse." Vendors have started documenting their own recipes too: GSC Wizard publishes a three-step custom connector for Google Search Console data, and DeepLedger documents connecting QuickBooks Online through its MCP server, saying plainly that "This is a custom connector, separate from approval in Muse's connector directory."

Requested, no connector yet

Public asks we found in the first two weeks, useful if you are deciding what to build:

• Uber Eats. "I need an Uber Eats connector for Muse like immediately." (Threads, September 20)
• United Airlines, and any service without a public API. A r/MuseAgent thread on September 20 asks exactly that.
• Amazon, raised under the custom-connector walkthrough on r/MetaAI: "It feels bad to make my own amazon connector or united connector for instance when there are so many others who would need the same." Do not expect one soon. On September 21 Amazon blocked Muse from shopping on Amazon.com, telling Adweek that "Agentic third-party applications such as Muse have the same obligations, and we've requested that Meta remove Amazon from the experience." Shoppers who try now see a popup: "Continued access by an unauthorized AI agent violates Amazon's Conditions of Use, to which our customers have agreed."
• Skylight Calendar. "Would love for my Muse by Meta agent to be able to interact with my Skylight calendar" (r/skylightcalendar, September 24).
• Todoist. Asked for on X on September 26 ("But they don't have a connector in Muse yet. But they need one."); it appeared in the app on September 29. See Docs, notes and productivity.
• Yahoo and AOL Mail. "Has anyone successfully connected a Yahoo or AOL email account to Muse via IMAP? I currently only see the Gmail and Outlook connectors" (r/MuseAgent, October 4).
• A social media scheduler. See the Social media and marketing tools section above.

How to get a connector listed

Meta's platform page describes three steps: "Describe your product," "Submit for review," where Meta checks "functional, security, and legal requirements" and completes "end to end testing," and "Appear in the directory." By October 5, 2026 the page had gained two links it did not have before: Connector guidelines at muse.ai/platform/docs and a Log in for the developer portal. The guidelines are the technical contract Meta had not published until now. A connector must "Complete the task" and "Add value beyond the browser," and "A read-only connector can qualify when the information is the outcome." Every tool is classified as Read, Write or Sensitive write ("make a purchase, send an email, etc."); "Never hide a send, share, publish, or payment action in a tool described as a read or routine edit," and "Sensitive writes cannot be set to Always allow." The submission form asks for business verification, a data processing questionnaire, "OAuth client credentials or an API key," tool documentation ("In your API or MCP documentation, include setup instructions, inputs and outputs, read/write classifications") and a test account. Review runs in three stages, "Risk assessment," "Tool review" and "End-to-end QA," and "Meeting these guidelines does not guarantee approval." Status is read in the portal: "Due to submission volume, we cannot respond to individual messages or emails about status." Meta is "not currently approving new financial money movement tools." The Muse Connector Terms, effective September 18, 2026, cover "connectors, actions, plug-ins, MCP servers, or other integrations," grant no exclusivity, let Meta "decline, suspend, disable, or remove any Connector at any time for any reason," and let either party "terminate at any time on 30 days' notice." Neither document names fees or a revenue share; payments go through Link.

The portal opened to submitters on October 5, 2026 with an email titled "The Muse developer portal is here - complete your intake for review". Review continues only once three intake items are done: business verification, a data processing questionnaire (a transfer impact assessment of the personal data the connector handles) and integration credentials, and a submission moves through Submitted, Under review, Testing and Approved. The credentials form takes an OAuth client ID with PKCE, or an API key, plus a reviewer test account. Muse publishes no OAuth client metadata document of its own, unlike Claude and ChatGPT, so a server that uses OAuth hosts one for Muse at a URL that becomes the client ID; PostFast's is at mcp.postfa.st/.well-known/muse-client.json. This is what we saw while completing PostFast's own intake, which the portal has shown as in review since October 3.

Demand is public: TechCrunch reported from Connect that Meta "received more than 1,500 applications in less than week," Muse's own account posted "2,000+ and counting," and Meta's welcome email to submitters on September 24, 2026 put it at "over 2,000 submissions in just the first few days," adding that Meta expects "to onboard our initial developers in waves over the coming weeks." We received that email for PostFast's own submission, which is how we know; other submitters report the same wait (r/MetaAI, October 2).

Meta also runs a second, separate program, Meta AI Connectors, described on its developer site on September 24, 2026. It brings a service into the Meta AI assistant on AI glasses and in the Meta AI app rather than into Muse; developers "Register and describe your endpoints through guided UI or MCP onboarding," and "Publishing and discovery are coming in a later phase." Both Meta programs now name MCP.

Frequently asked questions

How many connectors does Meta Muse have?

Meta has not published a number. As of October 6, 2026, we can source 60 live connectors, including Meta's own apps, plus 18 announced ones. Muse's account said on September 29 that "dozens of new connectors just dropped," and the in-app list confirms it. Meta says Muse "launched with dozens of partners," and the in-app directory is longer than any public list.

Is there a public directory of Muse connectors?

No. The directory exists only inside the app, under Settings, then Connectors. Meta's platform page for developers describes the submission process but lists no connectors, and Meta's September 29, 2026 announcement confirms where the list lives: "You can see the full list of available connectors in your Muse app settings, with more to come." This page is rebuilt from Meta's pages, vendor announcements and dated reports, and every row links to its source.

Can I connect an app that is not on the list?

Yes, if it has an API. Meta's help centre says you can "ask Muse to create a Custom Connector" and Muse will guide you, retrieving the service's API information and storing credentials in its Secure Credentials Store. Meta does not review custom connectors, so read the provider's privacy policy first.

Is there a Buffer, Hootsuite or PostFast connector for Muse?

Not in the directory as of October 6, 2026. No social media scheduler is listed, and none appears in Meta's Connect partner list; the September 29 drop added marketing tools (Canva, Klaviyo, HighLevel, Meta Business Manager, Zapier) but no scheduler. One user reports that the native Instagram connector publishes posts with an approval per action; Meta does not document it and we have not tested it. PostFast submitted its connector on September 19, 2026; Meta's developer portal has listed it as in review since October 3, the second of four stages, and the intake was completed on October 6. Until it is approved, the custom-connector route described in our social media managers guide is the way to connect a scheduler.

How do I get my app listed as a Muse connector?

Through the Muse Connector Platform at muse.ai/platform: describe your product, submit it for Meta's functional, security and legal review with end-to-end testing, then appear in the directory. Meta's Connector guidelines at muse.ai/platform/docs, read October 5, 2026, set the bar: complete the task, add value beyond the browser, classify every tool as Read, Write or Sensitive write, and pass a three-stage review; the Connector Terms are effective September 18, 2026. Review times and fees are still not published, and Meta's September 24 email to submitters says onboarding runs in waves over the coming weeks.
