Best Cloud Campaign Alternatives for Agencies
Cloud Campaign's real product is full white labelling: your dashboard, your subdomain, your custom domain, your email domain, and clients who never see the vendor. Before you read further, because it decides whether this page is useful to you: PostFast does not do that, and most of the tools below do not either. We name the ones that do. If what your clients actually receive is a monthly report and a link to approve posts, this page is about paying a lot less for it. Eight alternatives, every price read from the vendor's own pricing page on 9 September 2026.
What is Cloud Campaign?
Cloud Campaign is a social media management platform built so agencies can resell it as their own product. It prices by brand workspace rather than by person, includes unlimited users on every tier, and puts client approvals and a client access portal on all three plans including the cheapest. Its differentiator is not the scheduler, which is ordinary. It is that a client can log into a dashboard carrying your logo, on your domain, receiving email from your domain, with no sign that Cloud Campaign exists.
That is a genuine product category and few tools do it properly. The trade is price and depth: the full white-label stack does not arrive until the top tier, the API needs an annual commitment on that same tier, and the analytics and inbox are lighter than the per-seat suites. Agencies leave when the workspace charges stack up, when they need an API lower down, or when they realise they were paying for rebranding they never switched on.
Cloud Campaign pricing explained
Cloud Campaign prices in USD by brand workspace, with unlimited users on every tier and annual billing advertised as two months free. Everything below was read from cloudcampaign.com/plans on 9 September 2026 with both toggles checked and the full feature matrix expanded. No free plan, but there is a free trial.
Freelancer, $41/mo on annual ($49 monthly). One brand workspace, unlimited users, 7 social accounts per client. Client approvals and the client access portal are included here, which is genuinely unusual at this price. What is not included: any white labelling at all, unlimited linked accounts, the API, or advertising analytics. Extra brand workspaces are $41 a month each on annual, so a second client doubles the bill.
Team, $165/mo on annual ($199 monthly). Five brand workspaces, unlimited users, unlimited social accounts, a dedicated account manager. This is where white labelling starts, but only partly: you get the white-labeled dashboard and a white-labeled subdomain. The custom domain and the white-labeled email domain are not on this tier. Extra workspaces drop to $24 a month each on annual.
Agency, $249/mo on annual ($299 monthly). The first tier with a genuine custom domain, plus the white-labeled email domain and marketing materials, advertising analytics, SSO, client migration and quarterly business reviews. API workflows live here too, and the matrix marks them as requiring an annual commitment. Extra workspaces are $29 each.
CloudStudio, from $99/mo per workspace. Worth separating from the plans because it is not software: it is a done-for-you content service producing three or more posts a week per workspace, on top of an active plan.
The number that decides most agencies: if the reason you want Cloud Campaign is a client-facing platform on your own domain, the price is $249 a month on annual, not $41. Ten client workspaces on Agency is $249 plus nine extra workspaces at $29, so $510 a month. That is still reasonable for what it does. It is roughly six times what the same roster costs on a flat scheduler that brands the report instead of the platform.
What PostFast does not do, before you read any further
If you need clients logging into a platform with your logo, on your own domain, Cloud Campaign does that and PostFast does not. There is no ambiguity in that sentence and no tier of ours that changes it. Our clients sign in at app.postfa.st and see PostFast. There is no custom domain, no rebranded login screen and no white-labeled email domain. If that is a hard requirement, stop reading and buy Cloud Campaign Agency, or look at Vista Social Scale or Sendible Elite further down.
What PostFast white-labels is the report. The monthly analytics PDF carries that workspace's own logo and name in the header, and the Generated by PostFast footer can be switched off, both on Pro and Enterprise. One workspace per client means the client's own branding on their own report. It is the deliverable that goes to the client, not the tool that produced it.
The distinction is worth being blunt about because the two get sold as the same thing. Ask what your client actually touches. If it is a monthly PDF and a link where they approve next month's posts, report branding covers it and you are choosing between a EUR 82.50 plan and a $249 one. If your client logs in weekly and the login screen is part of what they think they bought, no amount of report branding substitutes.
Quick comparison
Every price was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 9 September 2026, on annual billing where offered. Prices drift, so treat the date as part of the number. PostFast and Metricool bill in euro, the rest in US dollars.

1. Best for flat pricing when the client deliverable is a report: PostFast
Client-branded reports and approvals on a flat plan, with no platform rebranding.
Read the section above first: PostFast brands the report, not the platform. If that is enough, the arithmetic is very different from Cloud Campaign's. On annual billing it is Starter EUR 10 a month (4 accounts, 1 workspace), Creator EUR 24 (12 accounts, 4 workspaces), Growth EUR 40 (30 accounts, 10 workspaces), Pro EUR 82.50 (120 accounts, 30 workspaces) and Enterprise EUR 199 (500 accounts, 110 workspaces). Monthly is EUR 12, 29, 49, 99 and 239. Crucially, workspaces are included in the plan rather than billed per client, where Cloud Campaign charges $24 to $41 a month for each one past the bundled count.
Approvals are on every plan including the 7-day trial, with a Client role that reviews and signs off, and only posts in the Approved state publish at their scheduled time. Report branding starts on Pro. Clients connect their own accounts through a scoped connect link, so no password changes hands. The REST API and MCP server are on every plan, where Cloud Campaign puts API workflows on Agency and marks them as needing an annual commitment.
Where Cloud Campaign wins, beyond the white labelling: unlimited users on every tier against our per-workspace seat caps of 1, 5, 8, 15 and 30, and an invited client consumes one of those slots. It also puts client approvals on its $41 entry tier, so approvals are parity rather than an advantage of ours. What is not parity is the bill for a ten-client roster and the tier at which an API appears.

3. Best for unlimited users with client dashboards on every tier: Sendible
Client dashboards from the entry plan, and white labelling if you will pay the add-on.
Sendible runs Core $30 a month on annual (1 workspace, 6 profiles), Plus $84 (3 workspaces, 18 profiles), Premium $169 (7 workspaces, 42 profiles), Elite $254 (15 workspaces, 90 profiles) and Enterprise $638 (50 workspaces, 300 profiles). Every tier includes unlimited users, and Client Connect lets clients link their own profiles without sharing logins.
Client dashboards, where the client previews and approves content, are on all five tiers including Core at $30, which is the cheapest client-facing review portal on this page. Routed assignment and approvals start on Plus at $84, and custom approval workflows that force a given user to always need sign-off start on Premium at $169.
On white labelling it is the expensive answer. Sendible offers it only from Elite at $254 a month, and then bills it as a paid add-on on top, priced from $349 a month, so a white-labelled Sendible is over $600 a month before you count profiles. Cloud Campaign Agency does more rebranding for $249 all in. Sendible also has no public API and no Telegram. See Sendible alternatives.

- Free plan / trial
- 14-day trial, no credit card

5. Best for inbox depth and white-label reporting on every tier: Agorapulse
The community-management answer, priced per person rather than per client.
Agorapulse charges per user: Standard $79 a month on annual ($99 monthly), Professional $119 ($149) and Advanced $149 ($199), with a quote-only Custom tier. All three named tiers cap the whole account at 10 social profiles, and extra profiles are $10 a month each on annual ($15 monthly). A four-person agency on Advanced is $596 a month before the eleventh profile.
Two things it does better than most of this list. Its inbox handles direct messages, organic comments and ad comments in one queue with automated moderation rules, saved replies and reply-collision detection. And white-label reporting is on every tier including Standard, where PostFast gates report branding to Pro and Enterprise and SocialPilot to Premium. Multi-step approval workflows exist but only on the quote-only Custom tier; simple approvals start on Professional.
It is the wrong direction if you came for rebranding: no white-labeled dashboard, subdomain or custom domain at any tier. It is also the pricing model that punishes agencies hardest, because the bill moves every time you hire. See Agorapulse alternatives.
- Starting price
- $79/user/mo (annual), $99/user/mo monthly
- Platforms
- 10 (incl. Google Business, Threads, Bluesky)
- Free plan / trial
- 30-day trial, no credit card
- Standout
- A DM and ad-comment inbox, plus white-label reporting on every tier
6. Best for reporting depth at the lowest price: Metricool
The cheapest way to give clients a serious monthly report.
Metricool prices by brand. The free plan covers one brand, 20 posts a month and 30 days of analytics, without LinkedIn or X. Starter is from EUR 16 a month on annual (EUR 20 monthly) for 5 brands and EUR 29 for 10, adding unlimited publishing, LinkedIn, 100 competitors and PDF and PPT reports. Advanced starts at EUR 43 annual (EUR 54 monthly) for 15 brands, EUR 69 for 25, EUR 130 for 50.
Advanced is the agency tier: team and client management, role management, a post approval system, customizable report templates, the Looker Studio connector and the Metricool API with Zapier, Make and MCP. Collaborators give a client access to one brand without exposing the others, which covers the client-portal job at a fraction of Cloud Campaign's price.
Two constraints. A brand holds one profile per social network, so a client with two Instagram accounts consumes two brands. And white labelling sits only on the quote-only Custom tier, so if rebranding is the requirement you cannot buy it from the pricing page at all. See Metricool alternatives.
- Starting price
- €16/mo (Starter, annual), €20/mo monthly
- Platforms
- 9 (incl. Google Business, Threads, Bluesky)
- Free plan / trial
- Free plan (1 brand, 20 posts/mo)
- Standout
- Post approvals, Looker Studio and an API from EUR 43/mo on Advanced
7. Best for the lowest bill for a small roster: Publer
Per-account pricing with unlimited workspaces, if you can pay per reviewer.
Publer charges per social account: Professional $4 a month per account billed yearly ($5 monthly) and Business $8 ($10 monthly), with every tenth account free. The free plan covers 3 accounts and 10 scheduled posts each, without X. Unlimited workspaces are on every paid tier, so client separation costs nothing, which is the opposite of Cloud Campaign's per-workspace model.
Approvals are where the model bites. Collaboration and approval workflows require paid additional members: one member takes Professional from $4 to $5.60 per account per month billed yearly and Business from $8 to $10.40, roughly $1.60 and $2.40 per member. Cheap in absolute terms, but per head, where Cloud Campaign and Sendible are not.
Business is where analytics, competitor tracking and API access arrive. There is no platform white labelling and no client-facing dashboard in the Cloud Campaign sense. For a freelancer with a handful of accounts and one reviewer, it is the lowest total bill here. See Publer alternatives.
- Starting price
- $4/account/mo (Professional, annual), $5/mo monthly
- Platforms
- 10 (incl. Google Business, Threads, Mastodon)
- Free plan / trial
- Free plan (3 accounts), 7 and 14-day paid trials
- Standout
- Unlimited workspaces on every paid tier, from $4 per account
8. Best for enterprise governance and social listening: Hootsuite
The wrong answer for rebranding, the right one for listening.
Hootsuite is per user on annual billing: Standard $99 a month (10 social accounts), Professional $199 (unlimited accounts, inbox automation) and Advanced $399, with Enterprise quote-only. Monthly-billed prices are no longer publicly listed. The trial is 14 days with no credit card.
It belongs here only as the honest upgrade path. Post approval workflows and internal comments are both marked not included on Standard and Professional, appearing only on Advanced at $399 per user per month, by far the most expensive review step here. There is no agency white labelling of the kind Cloud Campaign sells.
What the money buys is breadth: social listening, brand and competitor monitoring, message auto-routing, team performance reporting and four first-party MCP servers, with the Wisdom AI assistant on every plan. If you are leaving Cloud Campaign because you outgrew it rather than because it costs too much, this is the direction. See Hootsuite alternatives.
- Starting price
- $99/user/mo (Standard, annual)
- Platforms
- 10 (incl. Threads, Bluesky, Reddit)
- Free plan / trial
- 14-day trial, no credit card
- Standout
- Social listening, enterprise governance and four first-party MCP servers
How we evaluated
Every price here was read from the vendor's own pricing page in a real browser on 9 September 2026, with both billing toggles checked. For Cloud Campaign we also read the full feature matrix row by row rather than the plan bullets, which is how we can say the custom domain is Agency-only while the white-labeled dashboard and subdomain start on Team. Where a vendor publishes no price, the page says quote-only rather than guessing. We do not link out to competitors, but every figure is on their public pricing page.
How to choose the right alternative
Answer one question first: does your client log in, or do they receive a deliverable? If they log in and the branding on that screen matters, you want Cloud Campaign Agency at $249 a month on annual for the custom domain, Cloud Campaign Team at $165 if a white-labeled subdomain is enough, or Vista Social Scale at $304. Nothing else on this page rebrands the platform, PostFast included. If your client receives a monthly report and approves next month's posts, the whole rebranding question is moot and you are choosing on price and workflow: PostFast Pro at EUR 82.50 for 30 client workspaces with report branding, SocialPilot Premium at $85 for free unlimited client seats, Metricool Advanced from EUR 43 for the deepest reporting, or Publer from $4 an account for the smallest bill. If you need a routed multi-stage approval chain rather than a single gate, Vista Social Advanced at $120 is the cheapest place to get one.
Moving over is the easy part
Scheduled content comes across by bulk CSV import, up to 200 posts and 10 MB per upload, with columns for post content, schedule time, target accounts and publicly hosted media URLs. If you would rather script it, the REST API and MCP server are on every plan including the trial, so an assistant can rebuild the queue for you.
Accounts are not transferred between tools by anyone, Cloud Campaign included. Each one reconnects through a hosted connect link you send: it stays valid for 1 to 30 days, can be limited to chosen platforms, and the owner authorizes it on the platform's own login screen, so no password changes hands. Connecting also backfills the last 60 days of already-published posts on Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads and TikTok, so analytics are not empty on day one.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best Cloud Campaign alternative?
It depends whether you need the white labelling. For a genuinely rebranded client-facing platform, Vista Social Scale at $304/mo on annual is the closest match, and Sendible Elite plus its white-label add-on is the expensive one at over $600/mo combined. For everything else Cloud Campaign does, PostFast from EUR 10/mo on annual, SocialPilot from $17 and Metricool from EUR 16 all cover client separation, approvals and client-branded reporting for far less.
How much does Cloud Campaign cost?
On annual billing, $41/mo for Freelancer, $165 for Team and $249 for Agency, read from cloudcampaign.com/plans on 9 September 2026. Monthly is $49, $199 and $299, and every tier includes unlimited users. Extra brand workspaces cost $41, $24 and $29 a month each on annual, so a ten-client roster on Agency is $249 plus nine workspaces at $29, about $510 a month. CloudStudio, their done-for-you content service, is a separate add-on from $99/mo per workspace.
Does a custom domain cost extra on Cloud Campaign?
Not as an add-on, but it is gated to the top tier. Reading their feature matrix row by row: the white-labeled dashboard and the white-labeled subdomain start on Team at $165/mo on annual, while the custom domain and the white-labeled email domain are Agency-only at $249/mo. So the honest answer is that a custom domain does not carry a separate charge, it carries an $84 a month tier upgrade.
Does PostFast offer white labelling like Cloud Campaign?
No, and it is worth being blunt rather than clever about it. PostFast white-labels the report: the analytics PDF carries the workspace's own logo and name and the Generated by PostFast footer can be switched off, both on Pro and Enterprise. It does not rebrand the platform. Clients sign in at app.postfa.st and see PostFast, there is no custom domain, no rebranded login and no white-labeled email domain. If a client-facing platform under your own brand is a requirement, buy Cloud Campaign or Vista Social. If your client's actual deliverable is a report and an approval link, report branding covers it.
Which alternatives include client approvals on the entry plan?
Cloud Campaign itself does, on all three tiers including Freelancer at $41/mo, which is genuinely good. PostFast includes approvals on every plan including the 7-day trial, with a dedicated Client role, and only posts in the Approved state publish. Sendible puts client dashboards where clients preview and approve on every tier from Core at $30, and Vista Social has single-stage approval workflows on every tier from $64. Elsewhere it costs more: SocialPilot client approvals from Premium $85, Metricool from Advanced EUR 43, Agorapulse from Professional $119 per user, and Hootsuite only on Advanced at $399 per user.
Can I get a multi-stage approval chain?
Yes, but only from three tools here and none of them cheaply. Vista Social has multi-stage approval workflows from Advanced at $120/mo on annual, which is the cheapest route. Agorapulse has them on its quote-only Custom tier. Sendible's custom approval workflows on Premium at $169 force a given user to always need sign-off, which is close but not a routed chain. PostFast does not have one: our approval is a single gate, either Approved and publishing or held, with no enforced editor-then-client sequence.
Which is cheapest for an agency with ten clients?
Cloud Campaign Agency is around $510/mo on annual once you add nine extra brand workspaces at $29 each. PostFast Pro is EUR 82.50/mo on annual and covers 30 client workspaces and 120 social accounts with no per-workspace or per-seat charge. SocialPilot Premium is $85/mo for 20 accounts with unlimited free client seats, and Metricool Advanced is EUR 43/mo for 15 brands. The gap is real, but so is what Cloud Campaign gives you for it, so compare on whether you will actually use the rebranding.
Does Cloud Campaign have an API?
Yes, but it is the most gated API on this page. API workflows appear only on the Agency tier at $249/mo, and their feature matrix marks the row as requiring an annual commitment rather than simply being included. By contrast PostFast ships a public REST API and an MCP server on every plan including the 7-day trial, Publer includes API access on Business at $8 per account, Metricool on Advanced from EUR 43, and Buffer on every plan including its free one. SocialPilot's is Enterprise-only and Sendible has none.
What do I lose by leaving Cloud Campaign?
The platform rebranding, first and foremost, unless you move to Vista Social Scale or Sendible Elite. You would also give up unlimited users on every tier, which PostFast does not match: our seats are capped per workspace at 1, 5, 8, 15 and 30, and an invited client uses one of them. And you would lose the client access portal in its full form, since what PostFast gives a client is a role inside a workspace rather than a separately branded portal. Weigh those three against the bill before switching.
